Under new ownership and management. Let's see if it gets better!

Our waitress for the night was Pam, and she was absolutely wonderful. She made sure our drinks were refilled and that we had everything we needed. She was very calm in dealing with the difficult group sitting next to us, and the cooks being kind of rude to her. She was the only one waitressing and was doing a phenomenal job. From now on, if we come in during the evening, I'm going to see if Pam is working and can be our waitress.

Love to eat here but it seems that the cook staff is always slow to get your orders out. The terrific wait staff makes up for it.

Slow very unorganized. They are very busy but with the amount of staff should be no problem.

We came in on a Saturday and the place was packed and no where to sit because the tables were full of old food and plates.. we had to clean our table, walk up to the front to get silverware, and not to mention the man cook in the back with the bullring eyebrow piercing was disrespectful to the waitresses that we’re just trying to cover the full house and get everyone’s orders in and back out to the table and also was very loud and let everyone one know that they couldn’t handle the food that needed to be done and yelled at both waitresses asking for there table order. The 2 stars are for the good food but horrible management and service.

Good breakfast and friendly staff. Open 24 hrs on the weekends. One of the only places in the area to get breakfast any day or night.

Very slow service, very very slow. Food is good, but you will be there awhile, maybe restaurants should go back to being owned my Americans.

This is the worst place I have eaten at, the food was cold and the server was rude. It took 5minutes to get my drink refilled, took asking twice just to get hot syrup and the pancakes wouldn't even melt the butter. I will never eat there again. I had to give them 1 star just because it wouldn't let post this review.

Came here late one night, good thing they stay open late!! Friendly greeting, nice restaurant and real nice staffers! Menu has many different options for anyone thats hungry. Our food came out hot and delicious! They are great location if going to or leaving Naskila casino. They are located in a gas station strip center. Plenty parking! Give them a try, especially if its late!

This was a much needed place once they find the right crew they will do great ..Love the food..love the place

Not Bad. Good Service. Lots of food. Had a smell of disinfectant or lysol. But. Food was delicious.

It was edible I guess. Service sucks. I believe it must be a company requirement that employees have to have visible body piercings and purple hair.

Go here to eat when visiting friends in area..he loves their coffee.

Everytime we come here for breakfast. The employees seem to have no clue as to what they are doing. ALWAYS the same excuse that they are short staffed. This place severely needs a good manager. There is no excuse.

Surprisingly good food to be had at surprising low prices! Very friendly wait staff and the food was prepared and served in a very timely manner. A very clean restaurant that is cutely decorated. There are so many options on the menu it's hard to decide what to order.

We have tried to eat here two times. I would give a zero if it was an option. First time tables dirty all employees were sitting at two tables talking. Told us to just sit down, but no one got up to clean the tables. Second time walked in not very busy all tables were dirty again. They cleaned one then never came back to even get a drink j ordered. Walked past is three times!

Third time I've been here since they've opened and all 3 times the wait staff have been excellent even once when they were SLAMMED... BAD... but always courtious and tried to get to everyone. Food has always been awsome. 0 complaints from me

We've really enjoyed our 5 times we have eaten here. Everything was excellent and it felt down-home. They kept the good coffee coming. The prices are good, and if you use the coupons that come in the mail, it is a steal. And Wednesdays you get a big free waffle with every meal.

My wife and I enjoy going out for breakfast on the weekend and huddle House has become our new place

Food is tasty. It's not that expensive and they do have vegetarian options. we also tried hot fudge cake with ice cream! It was simply awesome! I would definitely recommend this place!

This quite possibly I the worst restaurant I gave ever been to. I tried on several occasions to give Huddle House the opportunity to redeem the previous bad service. We have yet to have a good experience. It's the newest restaurant in Livingston so we were hoping it would get better. Not so. When I actually have to get my own silverware. Or clean off a table. Or get my own coffee. That's a problem. And to make matters even worse. I contacted the hotline and expressed my concerns and have not heard anything back.

Cute little restaurant, low prices, friendly service. Biscuits and gravy were surprisingly decent. Pancakes were a little tuff and dry.

If they have no seats and a line to wait in just to sit down then don't bother. Good staff mostly. Cooks kikn a$$ and food looking really consistent. Reasonably priced as well!!

The food is good. You gotta try the stuffed omelette. It's good. Staff can be a bit slow at times.

Worst service ever.Go in at night for breakfast.They where not busy maybe 6 people.Almost every table had used plates and glasses.Took forever to get waited on and drinks.Never got ticket had to go to register to get it.Eggs where over cooked.A guy was even complaining about it taking do long.He asked how long had his food been setting there.Will never go back.

Horrible waitress floors were filthy both times I went. Food was wonderful but that was the only good part.

I really think it’s very clean, but after eating c- rations in Vietnam and MRE in Iraq and comparing the taste and quality- just let me have the MREs. The owner really needs to eat at the pit stop to see what gravy looks and tastes like in Texas. Perhaps he will eat breakfast at Jerrys to see real East Texas food !

If i could give this place zero stars i would. We waited over an hour for our food and every time we asked about it we got told it was coming but it never did. Our server never came by after she got us our drink we had to keep asking other servers about our food. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else to eat.

Food is always good but service is always horrible, regardless of amount of customers. Wait staff seems very unorganized and does not pay attention to customer needs. Also they do not clean tables until customers come in and there is no place to sit, and they spend more time cutting up and eating and arguing with each other than taking care of customers.

Food Was Really Good and freshly made. Everything came out hot and fresh. Please was clean and not over crowded but we Did have a late lunch. Prices were very Reasonable and we used coupons that the Restaurant sends out in the mail regularly. Server was friendly but seemed a little inexperience. No Complaints and Would Return.

I and my friends eat here offten. Our favorite waitress is Stacy. She is very friendly, always right on time. has best suggestions on our food prefrences. Also we belive the best cook in the house is the night cook Steven. everything to perfection. Loves this place. Good prices, and coupons.
